About to head to the shower after finishing wk 4. It took 2 weeks to do due to weather, travel and visiting a friend. I was a bit worried about the week's gap between the first and second run, but it turned out to be manageable. Big difference in running out here in the south of France where I'm currently visiting parents to running in the wet and rain of Devon last week! Back to Blighty soon! On to week 5!

I think it is great to read people's post that reassure others ...if you end up having a break for any reason you have to go with the gut reaction and have a go.
