Feels good to have finished. I've only managed to run 3.5km according to Strava in the 30 mins, but not bothered about that as I know my time will improve with more running. Just kinda stoked that I've managed to run nonstop for 30 mins three times this week π I might now buy some proper running gear rather than continue with these old leggings and t shirt. Glad I bought proper trainers and running bra already.
A friend recommended a running app called Zombie Run to try next. Any other suggestions?

Definitely celebration first ππππ. I didnβt use any apps post C25k.
I stuck to 3 runs per week and gradually built up to 10k. Running a bit faster came later. Ju juβs plan on Bridge to 10k is great in that it offers a short run/intervals, a 5k and a longer run each week. Main thing I found was I needed variety; just trying to build up to 5k run after run might get a bit boring. Others will supply info on entertaining apps though; each to their own. π
