Ok so I should be doing week 6 run 1 next however I have been out of action for over a week now.... what’s everyone’s advice? Do I simply pick back up or restart somewhere else? X

I stepped back to the previous week as a means to bring me back up to the pace, like a refresher, it depends if you’ve maintained some other physical activity when you’ve been out of action.

As stated in the guide to the plan you lose next to no condition in the first two weeks of non running, so pick up where you left off.

I had exactly the same dilemma but if you were ok where you broke off I say go for it like most of the advice says
