I did week 1 last week but haven’t done week 2 this week, should I redo a week 1 run before I start week 2 next week?

(Hope this makes sense)!

It will not do any harm, it really depends on how you felt with WK1.

Yes go for week 2! And if it’s hard go back to week 1. You can have a week break for sure.

Toss a coin. Heads you win, tails you win. If you repeat week 1 it won't do you any harm, if you try week 2 you may not find it too hard (as ever, stay slow). If it's really beyond you, then week 1 again. As long as you do something your winning.

Go for Wk2! It’s a really nice set of runs and I enjoyed them. If you do the first run and you feel fine, which you probably will, then carry on. If not, step back to one run from Wk1, then carry on to Wk2.

I second the folks who said try week 2, if it's too hard so week 1 again. Just don't give up, keep going!

I’d go for week 2 too.

It took me a long time to finish the programme because I got a few injuries and colds etc. Most of the time I picked up from week 3 after a break.

It’s totally up to you how you complete the course.

Which week did you choose Audrey. If neither, don't pack up. Just start again. You can do it! Believe in yourself and stick around her for support.
