Week3: Worried about starting week 3 seems a big... - Couch to 5K
Week3

Don't worry about week 3, it's the shortest workout of C25K, trust the program, week 3 is a popular week for graduates who have not ran for a while, they don't go back to week 1 unless they have been off running for more than 4 months, it's week 3 they start with. You can do it, you will do it. ๐ ๐๐พ

The plan is gently progressive throughout........believe me and trust the plan.

Relax and stop worrying.....this should be fun, not torture.

Try not to worry, you've already done the same amount of running in week 2. It's just that this is 4 runs, not 6. If it gets too hard slow down and keep slowing down until it gets easier. If you have to walk, that's fine too. Come back and let us know how you get on.

Week 1: a total of 8 minutes of running (JOGGING!)
Week 2: a total of 9 minutes of running (JOGGING!)
Week 3: a total of .... 9 minutes of running (JOGGING!)
What's to be scared of??
You'll be fine!

Put your faith in the program and take on board the tips from others! You'll be fine! Xx
