Managed it this afternoon! Can’t quite believe that I’ve jogged for a full 20 minutes. John_W is right - it’s all in the head; mental rather than physical and about total minutes run over the last few weeks. Thank you for your support!
Became a total beetroot and my lower legs ache, but well worth the effort.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃
Brilliant, well done and thanks for letting us know how it went. This is my next run (if my cough get's batter I should be out on Wednesday morning). Reading success stories like yours is helping to build my confidence, I'm sure that if I believe I can do it I will do it, as John_W says's it's all in the mind. (I've also learned his name tagging tip here too!)
