Yay, way to go girl. Good for you, glad you are percervering on, I guess it's the only way. You've done more than me. I still haven't done my wk 3 run 2 yet, or is it run 3, I can't remember haha....x ๐๐
I've just done W5R2 which I thought would be impossible.
Pleased to say I did it with out too much trouble. The jump from 5 to 8 minutes seemed huge but not as huge as what you have just done and what I have to do next.
Did you do it at first attempt?
Well done.
Thank you Billhenry ๐ I am shocked and pleased to say that yes I did it on my first attempt! It took me longer to psych myself up to do it than actually getting up and running!
I have to say I ran a lot slower than all previous runs and I mean 'a lot' slower as I wanted to complete it and that seemed to work!
Don't worry about it...it seemed immense but it is totally doable so you will be just fine!! ๐๐๐๐ป
Well done ๐ Just stick to the plan in week 6 it's easy to feel overconfident (speaking from experience )
Well done you, I have run 2 tomorrow and am a little nervous. But 20 Minutes, that's really something else, go for Week 6 and smash that one too
Run 2 for me also ... build up to 20 mins is playing on my mind though good luck
It can be done, I have total faith in my Mr Smooth, he says Week 5 is tricky - he does have a tendency to understate I find, but so far he's not been wrong. It's all those medals he has. Good luck next time out
Yes every time I've questioned if I can do it .. I have ....so need to trust in the program. It's worked so far. Enjoy
