I ran for 20 minutes!! ๐Ÿƒ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰

Not much else to say really except 'Thank You' to everyone who gave me the push I needed!!

I'm now on Week6..... Aaarrggghhh ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿƒ

Yay, way to go girl. Good for you, glad you are percervering on, I guess it's the only way. You've done more than me. I still haven't done my wk 3 run 2 yet, or is it run 3, I can't remember haha....x ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿƒ

Thanks Hun....and don't worry, you will get there! It's so hard to fit the runs in with daily life but perseverance is the key.....just keep running!! ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿƒx

I've just done W5R2 which I thought would be impossible.

Pleased to say I did it with out too much trouble. The jump from 5 to 8 minutes seemed huge but not as huge as what you have just done and what I have to do next.

Did you do it at first attempt?

Thank you Billhenry ๐Ÿ˜€ I am shocked and pleased to say that yes I did it on my first attempt! It took me longer to psych myself up to do it than actually getting up and running!

I have to say I ran a lot slower than all previous runs and I mean 'a lot' slower as I wanted to complete it and that seemed to work!

Don't worry about it...it seemed immense but it is totally doable so you will be just fine!! ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

Well done you, I have run 2 tomorrow and am a little nervous. But 20 Minutes, that's really something else, go for Week 6 and smash that one too

It can be done, I have total faith in my Mr Smooth, he says Week 5 is tricky - he does have a tendency to understate I find, but so far he's not been wrong. It's all those medals he has. Good luck next time out
