W4R2 done at a slower pace

Thanks @elfie5 to remind me to slow down. It didn’t feel great (still not a runner in my heart), but it did feel better. I knew I could run a little faster if a bear started chasing me.

Ha ha! That’s a good yard stick, knowing you could speed up if a bear started chasing you. 😂 Love it. Slowing down is an art form - I am still learning it! But, it makes so much sense. Unless you are competing in a 100m sprint for team GB, why run fast?! I have been running for over 2 years now, and am thinking of slowing it down some more with heart rate training...interesting stuff. Anyway, enough of my musings - I actually just wanted to say WELL DONE! and KEEP GOING! and SO MUCH FUN STUFF TO COME! as you progress through the programme. 👍
