Up and out early this morning...avoided the rain but soggy feet from puddles and quite windy. Didn’t feel easy today but glad I did it 😊

Didn’t feel easy because you were smashing all of your PB’s 💪 nice running, you got this all the way to the end haven’t you 👊👌
