Just completed the above but with an enforced break of almost a week. Found it tougher than R1 - is this because I haven’t been able to run for a week? Should I call it R1 and repeat the week or press on regardless. In spite of this I’m feeling good now it’s over!
W4R2 : Just completed the above but with an... - Couch to 5K

Well done for getting out there after an enforced break. The perceived wisdom is that you only start to lose fitness when you've had a couple of weeks off so you should be OK. Runs (like other things) can sometimes be more difficult than usual, for no apparent reason so I'd say to treat that as W4 R2 and see how you go next time, you can make your own decision then whether to do one more before moving on to W5 or not. I thing you'll be fine, but do let us know how it goes.
Funny enough I found W4 R2 harder than R1 ....and felt so good when it was over!!! I’m on R3 tomorrow so will see how that goes
