Running on hold

I have completed week 7 but started to develop pain in my lower back. It's an ongoing problem with a twisted pelvis which started about 25 years ago when I was time trialling. Spent many visits to chiropractors which helped considerably and is fine until I do any sport. I suspected the problem might return. Hoping to see an Osteopath next week and will take it from there. Hence Week 8 is now on hold.

Sorry to be that. Although it sounds like an old injury, just check out you've got your running posture right.

I hope it sorts itself out soon.
