Finished week 2 with a bit more of a struggle than week one but still did it! Glad i managed to finish and move on to week 3! Feel like my breathing needs a bit work, anytime i'm not thinking about my running or breathing i think its going great and then suddenly i remember and start to breath out of time again!

I'm at the same point as you. Just about to go for my last run of week 2. I found this week tough too and was about to throw in the towel after the first run this week. But we can do this and we will get there! The breathing is really hard 😂 thinking too much just knocks it all out.
I have just joined and read your post. I am just about to do week 7!! My first runs I thought I’m going to die, can’t do it, but I did. The training is excellent and music is a must. Did my first bits without because couldn’t work out how to do both on phone!! Now it’s in the bag, helps breathing too, can hold conversation now!! Was embarrassed to pass anybody about before, as I was gasping! Try some music on bbc sounds, pace setter, dance anthems. Don’t know how I managed before.

Congratulations on completing week 2, onwards and upwards to week 3, what does the coach say, "breath in through your nose, out through your mouth." that might help your breathing.

Well done! Keep it slow and you will be fine!
