I was struggling with week 4 but took the advice to slow down and Iโ€™ve now managed to complete W4R3!

Iโ€™ve also just found out my vitamin D level is very low and have been given high dose supplements for the next couple of months so hopefully this will improve my energy and stamina.

Great job. Come the summer youโ€™ll be making your own vitamin D while running too. Not sure if sunscreen stops that though. Sounds like youโ€™ve found your happy pace... keep it just like that and enjoy week 5.

Slow and steady is the way to go at this point. Also, I am sure that as your Vit D levels improve, you will feel stronger. Good luck with Week 5 - you can do this!๐Ÿ™‚
