So chuffed I got to the end of run2Wk5 the other night. First 5mins and last 5 mins were good but the middle 5 was HARD. Didnt take Sky this time as she really didnt want to come so I went a different route. Middle 5 stretch had the tiniest incline, but God, what a difference that made! My legs were like jelly and I was praying for the end but I slowed right down to the Japanese slow running technique and did it - phew! Run 2 tonight. Will see if the dog is up for it😁🐕🐕
