Thanks again for the comments and advice on my last post. I gave myself a good pep talk and headed out.... and decided to give W3 a go (thanks AlMorr!!) It wasn’t easy but not too tough but I’m so glad I didn’t throw myself straight back into W5R3; judging by how pooped I feel right now, that would have been a bad mistake. So, here I am, back on the C25K journey! And it feels good (remind me of that tomorrow please 😂😂)

Was that the advice I gave you regarding when to restart C25K after a short break?, I think it was, last winter - 2018/19 I took a few months off running and started at week 3, this winter I have just kept running twice a week, occasionally 3 times so I have had no need to repeat C25K again, good luck to you Nicky_F.
