Longest run in some time

So after a bit of a slow spell over christmas, I've been gradually increasing my running again. Tonight I did a full 30 minutes for the first time in a while 😁

Not quite covering 5k in that time, but we will work up to that slowly but surely! Not planning on giving up and going backwards again this time.

So for anyone that's struggling - it is possible, just keep going at your own pace, and just TRY to enjoy it! You can do it 🙂
