Not much point to this post apart from a little boast π I spent July consolidating my run repeating week 9, 3 times with 1 run each week pushed to 5k.
Now one week in to August and I ran for just shy of 49 minutes straight and 7KM! Honestly canβt believe I completed c25k in the first place and now Iβm pushing myself further! Iβm targeting my first 10k run/race in October so my aims to build up to that ππΌββοΈπͺ
