Hello everyone!

Just joined and just about the start !

Bit scared as have a habit of falling over and spraining my ankles running but feel recovered enough now to give it a go.

Any advice in motivation would be welcomed ๐Ÿ˜Š

Also just wanted to say great reading your posts, so useful and encouraging

Congratulations on starting C25K and welcome to the forum, just take all the runs slowly, no hurry, its not a race, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days, enjoy ๐Ÿ˜Š ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿพ.
