Well, well, who’d have guessed you could run and smile? Just done my W6R2 and it couldn’t have gone better. My actual first time running in the daylight(working from home today) near to where we lived before, along a lovely old railway line, slightly elevated above the fields, lined with trees and a fleeting glimpse of the river going by. OMG running bliss!! I felt at one with my Brooks Calderas trundling along, first go with headphones and a sneaky playlist and I felt cheated by the 3min interval!
Looking forward to W6R3 to see how it goes, may squeeze in an extra rest day but getting ready for interval free runs.
I LOVE THIS PROGRAMME 🏃🏻🏃🏻🏃🏻😁😁😁

That is the last run with interval walks and runs. Once you have completed run 3 of week 6 you will be officially a runner, good luck, glad you enjoyed your run today along what sounds like a very picturesque old railway track.
