W5R1 completed tonight.
I usually just use my watch c25k app and listen to spotify but tonight I decided to listen to the podcast. Lauras words of encouragement and time reminders were really great at keeping me going, along with some music i'd never heard off.
Went really well to the point I could enjoy it since my lungs & legs weren't sore. Also had the fastest pace tonight (which was expected).
For the remainder of the course I reckon i'll be sticking to the podcasts.
