Hi all
A little bit behind the January start but well I'm an accountant and January is just manic! Plus I've had a cold this last week or 2. I'm looking forward π€₯ to getting out this evening and doing week 1 run 1. The good news is I've done a beginners group before and ran a half marathon a couple of years ago. An injury followed by ill health caused me to run no more after that, (not the halfs fault!) So I'm back to scratch, but I know the plan works and I'm looking forward to starting again π
