Wow guys I have so much to be thankful for couch to 5k today. I ran for an hour. Not fast by any means. But I ran for the hour without even thinking that an hour was my goal I had a route in mind and just did it. I adjusted my running pace as I went and was comfortable all the way around. I always incorporate hills in my run so I have a natural tension to my run. I have found this to be brilliant as when I'm running on a flat I run really well. I'm not about speed right now I'm about endurance. Speed may come naturally. But if not who cares. I loved my whole run today I felt really powerful. Thanks guys and gals for your continued support π
