After having to stop, with just 30 seconds left to go, the last time I attempted this run I decided to rerun it this evening.
I had also decided to slow down on this run and focus on completing it.
I started off in the park but headed out on to the pavements. I have done this now for the last four runs.
I did run very slowly and finished the course. I can't say that I enjoyed running that slowly, but I did finish.
Yesterday I also moved on to week 2 of the strength and flex programme.
On to week 8 on Tuesday.
