Achy hip. Still...

It's been there since week 2, and I'm supposed to be doing run 2 of week 5 tonight. Am torn between doing it anyway or properly resting up for a few days to see if it clears up. It doesn't hurt. It just aches. And not just when running.

I'm a grown up & know I should rest up, but the louder of the two voices on my shoulders says that would be admitting defeat 😈

Time to confront my running demons

STOP running, you have already got a injury, if you keep going it will just get worse, you must give yourself a few days off, the runs can wait.

If this is an injury then stop, but also think about when it hurts. I have a love hate relationship with my hips but they ache more if I have prolonged sitting and got a standing desk at work which really helped. Dont give up yet but do seek advice from a sports physio if you can. Good luck
