Well that was slightly harder than the first run and a banana for breakfast too. My legs were sore from a few days before. Did some weights and knee strengthening exercises so hopefully that is it.
Reading everyone else's and people are doing amazing and thinking I gotta do that and seeslms so daunting bit will push onwards and if necessary repeat a run.

Don't be daunted, it's normal to feel a bit sore in the first couple of weeks. I did and it soon went away. I also had a few knee problems from week 2 to week 4 which seems a fairly common occurrence. I bought a good knee support and it was fine after that, I don't need it anymore. When I was starting off the second run of each week always seemed a bit harder for me personally, there is no such thing as a bad run though so don't worry
Well done for getting out there and getting another run completed, two big obstacles cleared there. Don't worry about what other people are doing, concentrate on your own achievements. you've got yourself off the couch and got yourself started on this C25K adventure! I started last September, having never been a runner and thought I would be running 5k in 9 weeks, then I found out how difficult Week 1 was for me, so I readjusted my aims! I had a few hiccups along the way, quite a few 'practice' runs and scraped into Week 4 a couple of times before running out of steam in December. I've now re-started from the beginning and have 1 more run of week three to go. Like you have said, I'm prepared to repeat runs if I have to, and I will not consider a week completed until I've managed all three runs one after another. I WILL complete C25K but in my own time. Just keep on keeping on, and listen to your body. A few aches are inevitable (from my experience, they're compulsory!) but pain is a no no, nothing should hurt. Don't worry about running quickly, as long as both of your feet are off the ground at the same time, you're running, irrespective of speed, so slow down (and then slow down some more). Enjoy the adventure and keep posting on here, you will get loads of encouragement & advice from everyone.
