Wow- big difference doing 90 seconds but I did it!! I liked the tip from Laura about breathing on the 4th step - I think being distracted thinking about counting and breathing helped my keep jogging :))

Glad you enjoyed your 90 second run Daroo, just keep to what Laura says about breathing on the 4th step. Onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 2 🏃🏾😊
