Wasn’t sure I’d make it as I didn’t feel great yesterday but I’d promised a friend I’d pick her up for the gym and we treat ourselves to a sauna after (as if I’m not red faced enough after running 🥵)
She decided to keep me company and I’m glad she did. We both admitted that we were only keeping going because we didn’t want to be the first to give up. What are friends for eh?
It’ll probably be Monday now before the final W9R3 as I’m teaching at a residential weekend but you’ll be the first to know when I complete it. A huge thanks for all the support on here. Couldn’t do it without you all.
Happy running 😊

She’s one of the most competitive people I know and I think it rubbed off a little. Half way through I thought I was going to have to stop but somehow managed to get to only 8 mins to go when I thought I’ve done 8 mins before I can do it again so just kept putting one foot in front of the other.
I did contemplate running faster in order to get to the end quicker (a bit like going to sleep early on Christmas Eve so that Santa would come quicker) but thankfully realised that that was not likely to end well 😂
