Hello all

I cannot wait to start tomorrow but question is what do people do for shin splints I suffer terribly!

What I did for shin splints was take up running. Suffered for years, running largely cured them (not instantly)

Thanks. I’ve tried running on and off for years. I’m still a runner on soft ground. I just struggle pavement pounding.

Ah, I don't run on pavements. Not even on any hard surfaces more than twice in a row.

Lots of warming up, dynamic stretches. Not held stretches for warmups. Then held stretches for cool down. And take the running nice and slow and gentle, to minimise the impact. Well done for starting, and happy running!
