Not sure im up to this yet as i had a heart attack 10 weeks ago.Maybe something to think about in the future.

Hope you're on the mend. Best person to speak to would be your doctor.

You could start with lots of walking then when you're fitter brisk waking to get your heart rate up. Then when you're ready c25k. But like I say speak to a medical professional first. Good luck 😊

Maybe check with the Doc first. I’m sure they would encourage you when it’s appropriate.

Think it may be a bit away from me at the moment as im just beginning to feel normal .All this is new to me as i was a very fit person to someone who struggled to get out of bed .Never mind positive thoughts.

Welcome. As the above replies, speak to your doctor, but it’s good to see you looking into this for your future wellbeing. Your doctor may want you walking first, maybe progressing to Active 10 style brisk walking... where there is a reason combined with a passion, success always follows. Take it easy and progress at a nice slow pace with whatever you are medically cleared to do, and enjoy the journey to much better health and fitness.
