W3R1 completed tonight. 3mins runs were a killer but managed to power through. 💪

Shins are starting to feel sore too. Any recommendations for shin splints?

Also bookwise I've started to read 'Life is a marathon' by Matt Fitzgerald. So far so good.

Well done!!! I like the reading book thing..get the mind on the task at hand!!😁

I think some of the more experienced runners will be along to help with your shin splints problem..from my perspective getting good trainers or insoles to support your skeleton/feet/legs is a priority. For the pain, ice is the best!

Also rest!

Great you've now completed wk3r1. When you're running try to land as softly as possible so no thud thud. Also this youtube video is really useful. Good luck and well done 😊😊
