Just completed ....a couple of my minute stints today I skuppered after 45 Secs in back to brisk walk.

After reAdjusting my jog I completed all 8 mins.

Feeling good now. Just had a few stretches as after Saturday my inner thighs were killing Lol🤨

Definitely a good idea to stretch, both before and after - there are links to warm up and cool down stretching in the How to post. Well done 😁

Well done.

Stretching immediately after every run, nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/h... while muscles are still warm and supple, pulls out contractions, avoiding carrying tensions into the next run and also improves recovery by improving blood flow.
