So today I did it ......I completed C25K and what’s more my times are getting better with each run . At 61 I can call myself ( for the first time in my LIFE) A RUNNER!
The app was brilliant and I received nothing but support from those around me especially my husband who walked behind me and encouraged me so I felt safe .
And of course Sarah Millican who I feel kept me going (lol) with the “you can do it pet”

I was a little disappointed with Sarah Millican, I wanted her to say at the end .... 'Well done that's another run completed, now go and drink lots of water while I put my feet up with a nice slab of cake!'
