My second week 3 this evening was my hardest run yet. Probably just the cumulative effect of pushing my body... but I do wonder if it's because of the cold? It was a bit icy in places, do definitely my coldest outing to date.
I still finished the runs though. π

Well done GPS, good to see you're pressing on, I suppose that W3 is where the programme starts ramping things up a bit so you're bound to notice that. I'm an early morning runner and bot Saturday & this morning were icy for me too. Funnily enough, i was slipping around more during the walking sessions than I was when 'running' (a term describing movement where both feet leave the ground at the same time, there is no reference to the speed of this movement). I was conscious of the icy conditions however and tried extra hard to make sure I put me feet down carefully (which is no bad this for a better technique anyway). I hope that Run 3 goes well for you and that you can move on to W 4.
