Week 5 complete!

Well it has to be said, feeling very happy about running for 20 mins without stopping. I really doubted I would be able to! I haven’t run for that length of time in about 20 months, when I ran a half marathon just before I got pregnant. Already looking forward to what next week has in store. Anyone else who has seen this run coming up and is doubting themselves, please don’t, it’s definitely a mental challenge, rather than a physical one!
