That was tougher than expected. Was ok after the first 3 minute run but the last one was a killer.
Hips were sore at the start but I'm putting that down to old goalkeeping injuries.
Got through it tho and feel great now.

Maybe you're still going too fast?
We all have bad runs though, so you never know.
Set off slower next time and then kick up the pace at the end!
