So Mig galvanised me and lunch or not to be digested, I went off to catch the rays 😁☀️.
Nike Run Club was my starter but there was no warm up walk so started with it anyway but was unsure about timings so then switched to my old pal Michael . By this time he was out of synch as I had been running for near 10 mins so plodded on on my watch timings and did 30 mins anyway. Michael was still rattling on telling me I still had 10 mins to go.. enough said.
Anyway looking at distance I am steadily increasing that at every run so that must be ok right?? Think I need to reread the consolidation threads again. Not sure if I need to be doing some interval runs again?
Next post will be from a surprise location...😉

I usually travel in trainers. I decided a few years ago to only take 3 pairs of shoes on holiday - trainers for travelling and walking (now running?), flip flops, and a pair of evening sandals that go with everything!
