I have an earlier model of those and they are fantastic for running or cycling - you can keep listening to Jo/Laura and are still able to hear traffic, etc.

Yes! Hubby said that he had been worried about me listening to music and not hearing traffic. Apparently these are good for hearing both.

I don't listen to music in the week as I run in the dark. Frosty here too but have just finished my run for the day. I really enjoyed being out in daylight. Annie Lennox told me sweet dreams are made of this, she could be right.

Do you need a smart phone? My phone is 3310 Nokia the new slim line one. My music is from my i-shuffle with tiny earphones attached to the shuffle.

The headset requires a bluetooth connection . There is another model that is good for swimming !!! It has a built in storage and player but no bluetooth. Aftershokz Xtrainerz

I’ve had mine about a month Leo and the more I wear them the happier I am with them. They aren’t very good indoors as you have to put them up full volume but outside they’re great, particularly once you start to master what the buttons do. Enjoy!

Aw, thanks for commenting - I’m so glad to read that. I’m not into techy stuff at all and my husband was so chuffed with his gift (he was worried about me not hearing traffic with my headphones in) and I just hope I find them good.

Nice! Need to charge (rookie error, forgot to charge on first run out with them 🤯) and see what I think. Hubby was worried about me not hearing traffic.
