I have had a little bit of a setback in my exercise this week, with gym session getting cancelled, aquatherapy getting cancelled & going away for a spa treat, fitting in this second run has been somewhat difficult, but I know if I dont do it today I will lose my rhythm! So today getting it done! Xx
