Slip sliding away. First frosty morning run. It was very slow and steady. Old Floss would be proud of me 😂 Calling it completed as I did the three minute “runs”.

Not sure that I’d head out on icy streets again; especially with a dog who lunges off to sniff out dubious delights taking me with him. 😳

This is the one thing that's making consider a gym as a back up plan.

So worried about getting an injury in snow and ice.

Well done for completing, but I’m with you, frosty pavements with an excitable and determined dog are scary enough walking, never mind running!

Having just bee out in the light, I realise it was pretty silly. I ran on the gritted roads. But they are few in town now. I ‘ll not do that again. Could have gone very wrong.
