Managed to do it! Surprisingly it went well and much easier than R2. Not sure if I’ll have time to start W2 on Friday but will definitely get on with it Saturday. I’m a bit nervous to be fair. No idea what it entails so I’m worried it’ll be too much for me but I’ll give it a go!

Well done.

I usually found the middle run to be the hardest, but especially on week 1.

You will be absolutely fine with week two.

Just start off a little slower if you have any doubts. :-)

Thanks! Yeah R2 was harder but really thought R3 would’ve been. I’m looking forward to W2. Hoping to start tomorrow but might have to be Saturday. I was using my house as my track (quite a large space lol) but I’m planning to get out there with the other nutters ;-) I’ll definitely start slowly and will finish even slower lol but I’ll get there!

I think run 1 is such a shock to the body, that you're still carrying the after effects into run 2, which makes run 2 even harder.

By run 3, you're body is resigned to the fact that you're making it do this and just gets on with it 🤣

That is so true!! I rested today and by this evening my legs were twitching and I was so restless, couldn’t get comfy to watch eastenders lol I had to go upstairs and clean the bathrooms, dust everywhere and hoover! I don’t do cleaning in the evening lol I’m hoping I can start tomorrow or I’ll be climbing the walls by Saturday 😆 I won’t go out on my own in the dark. Can’t run away fast enough!

Good for you. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other and trust the programme. It works!
