It does not count as a run day just because you're dressed in running gear to do the ironing. I know its raining but you have to actually go out and run!
Enid was not happy but week 8 run 1 was done, in the soggy cold weather, and I was rather pleased with myself!

Lovely to see another picture. Poor Enid- nice try π Well done on showing her you mean business π onwards and upwards, only 5 more to go πββοΈπββοΈπ
Thank you...I did feel a fraud standing there, ironing...looking out at that grim weather. But I think being dressed for it forced me to do it. πββοΈ
Seriously though- well done for tackling week 8 run 1. I'm doing that run on Friday. I am having a 3 day break - last run of week 7 was on Monday but I felt I needed a little tiny break as my knees were a bit niggly so I am exercising them before attempting the next run. Lots of brisk walking though!
Thank you. It is amazing how the programme works. Step by step, building you up. I had a break (major Enid time) and then went back to it. So I am determined to graduate this time. This forum really helps.
