Okay all you annoying keeners, here's the thing - I hate running when it's windy (don't mind rain) so will you please stop posting about how you're all pushing on through and feeling great! One more post like that and I'll be forced to get off the couch and join you. 😠
Now you know why I have a grumpy biscuit avatar. 😁

🤣🤣rain doesn't bother me , not too keen on the wind. But today is Wednesday its run day and according to the bbc weather app its 50mph winds. Please join me and help push me along💨💨💨
It's quite calm at the moment at my end of the M8. Not that it matters for me today as I'm out of sync this week after returning from a slight niggle at the tail end of last, so I'm Tue/Thu this week instead of my usual Mon/Wed/Fri.
I seem to have a bit of ache on the inside of my knee just now. Bought one of those knee support bandages seems to help. Hopefully won't come to anything, if it does I will take a few days or a week off😊
I will help "virtually" to push you along, they say the windiest part of the day will be between 2pm and 5pm.
This morning just after 9 I reran, run 3 of week 6, I love Laura saying at the end of the run that "you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER" 🏃🏾 at that time it wasn't too windy.
Ok, done it. No PBs or anything fancy but, as I said myself, it just has to happen. 7k and christened my Christmas present running jacket, so all good. Thanks for the encouragement 👍
I hate the wind too!! Rather have rain snow or even the dreaded ice! Glad you managed to brave it!! I try not too hard to think about it before getting out there & then it’s too late to worry 🤣
