Well, that went well. Felt quite exhilerated after that run. The park was quite busy but I enjoyed the atmosphere. I have been running either early in the morning or in the evenings so running in the afternoon was different.

Congratulations on running your own "parkrun" with run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊.,,, in the park 🏞

Thanks Al. I completed the programme 3 years ago and was within 1 run of completing again at the beginning of Nov when I had to stop for a few weeks. I started from the beginning again so I am confident I can complete it this time around. Looking back at my previous posts for this run I enjoyed them as well. Hopefully no problems in week 6.
