Completed the second run. Went a bit too fast at the start running past a pub, but slowed down later and covered a greater distance. Bit stiff today.
I have though put a couple of pounds on since I have been doing this. Don’t know whether it’s muscle (!) or eating more afterwards. Someone told me to eat more carbs rather than chocolate so I will try that...
Good luck with all your runs. Saw an old friend today who has just graduated from C25K so that has spurred me on.
