Finding wk 2 much harder . Hot weather doesn’t help so running later in the evenings . Love that you can run anytime anywhere . I travel with work and the trainers come with me! Hope I can last the 9 weeks 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

I am sure you will last 9 weeks, however, remember that you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, onwards and upwards run 3 of week 2.

You can do it Redsail1...well done on taking your trainers with you too, no excuses hey! 😉. And I agree about the weather, will feel easier for all of us when the weather cools down 👍

Love the pic Red...Enjoy the journey, It's challenging but that's what makes it so rewarding. Just keep trying, keep putting those running shoes on and get out there. You'll graduate in no time.

It's a life changer. Good luck!

I’m on week 2 as well... have to admit I like to run early, before the day warms up - have you tried that? Could you fit it in your day? I then feel well energised for the day ahead! I usually eat a juicy date before I go out, just so my stomach has something inside it, then return to shower and breakfast.
