Morning all. Another deluge and another run completed. My Ipod made it an epic morning. Decided to travel back in time a bit. I had a band called Wardruna on.if you have ever seen tv show vikings then you will know the sound. That was the norm then on my last run segment...the last of the mohicans soundtrack chimes in. Was so pumped up on running further. I didnt as im sticking to the plan and its working.
My partner ran 4k yesterday just off the bat. Cant wait to be able to do that in the many weeks to come.

Lmao yes the beard..it needs taming. The aerodynamics on that thing is slowing me down lol. Will defo check out clanadonia. I may pillage some then. On the mid wales coast at the moment om a vacation so am eagerly awaiting the next run.
👍 I still pack the old school 90s goatee and it’s still going strong after over 20 years, though has gone “silver” in many parts! Sounds like you’re enjoying C25K mate, it’s an absolute miracle. I’m a chunky monkey and was struggling with the minute on W1....just started W9 this morning! Have now become a serious running nerd and find myself popping into Nike, Sports Direct, etc looking for bargains!

Well done Bro! WK9!! Amazing! I cant waitbut my body must. I hada look at nike and all them trainers. My mrs swears by hers. I like my military surplus stuff. Ended up buying a pair of Magnum running trainers from Ebay cancelled mod contract. 20 quid! I have never had a more comfortable pair of trainers and durable in my life. I know i have only bn running a few weeks but me and family have been through the forests of southwales and the pebbled beaches to. I have the footing of a mountain goat.
Best thing so far with this c25k is playing with my 4 ur old son..he likes to be a dinosaur. So wants me to chase him..before i had no energy and was exhausted after a few minutes. Today im zooming around the playground with a belly mind you... and the whole club full of parents wondering what the hell im on!!
🤣😂😂😂😂 quality! Must look at the military surplus stuff as I’m a serious military & military history nerd as well! Sadly medieval is my period but wouldn’t fancy my chances doing C25K in a suit of armour....defibrillator would have to be on standby plus a big tin opener! We’ve had some cracking holidays in 🏴, stunning coastal walks and more importantly, if you like a tipple, try the Penderyn 🥃! 👍🏃♂️
Please do mate. Always cheaper and robust. Well u wouldnt need a tin opener. The current would pass through lol. Penderyns nice indeed but Glenmorangie is liquid gold to me. The coastal walks are good. Dad forced me as a child. Good times.
Its my dream to one day do the welsh himalays which is to walk and camp the whole coastal path.
Well bugger me. I am a purveyor of the super market malts and rarely do i go beyond the 30 threshold. I think il have to pick a bottle of this up when i graduate to celebrate! Cheers for the linkage.
