Great choice to start running. Just go slow and slower again if needed and remember to drink plenty water 7 days a week and not just on run days.
C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here. Good luck ππ

I am 2 weeks in & feeling less self conscious with each run π I have been running in the morning in semi darkness so there's less chance of people seeing me, but with normal routine returning this week, there have been more people around - but I have survived π
