1st training sesh after graduating 🏃‍♀️

Well I wanted to do something different today. I know I struggle with hills, so I went on the park by me where there is a very big hill. I ran up and down it about 4 times but as time goes on, I’ll do more. There’s also a little park gym as well that I used as well. So all in all it was quite a productive morning in it’s own little way. The next time I go out, I’ll do running again. I suppose it’s good to mix things up a bit 🏃‍♀️

Definitely good to mix it up. I do my basic 5k route one run in three.
