Well done, I always worry when progressing to the next week, worried if I can do it. I did this for week 5 and really struggled...I read one of the FAQ on the community about the emotional barriers to completing the C25K. I hadn't really thought about this having an impact on my performance...but since then I keep this in mind and it has made a real difference to my confidence. When you think about, its like anything in life, if you don't have confidence and belief in yourself achieving your goals is harder...so onward and upwards and keep up the good work, you can do it
