Week 9 Run 2, nearly there! 😁

Back in the Bahamas for my second to last run! I really can’t believe I have made it to here and how enjoyable it’s been. Bit breezy here this morning which was nice as it’s a bit cooler. The path is around a new development called Baha Mar and lots of people use it for exercise. I got to my half way point this morning and somebody had. Stencilled very neatly into the path “keep going, you got this!” It really gave me a little boost and made the rest of the run a lot easier. Back to Florida tomorrow, my graduation run should be Saturday morning all being well 👍

How lucky you are! I spent my honeymoon on Paradise Island in the Bahamas many moons ago! It must be a fantastic place to run. That's what I like about this running lark - you can do it anywhere and to my mind it is sooo worthwhile when you can run somewhere different.
